Site Analysis
After you are satisfied and have selected our bid, we will bring our team to your site for inspection to make any modifications required to ensure your design transforms into a reality.
Design
We will then use the information gathered to date to generate our CAD shop drawings that our team will rely on in manufacturing and installation. Before we begin production, we will provide you with the drawings for approval to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Methodize
After the drawings are approved, we begin the diligent process of identifying all required cuts and confirming we are equipped with all materials before launching the production phase.
Production
This will occur in our facility based in Waterloo, Ontario - where our skilled workforce and top-of-the-line equipment will be committed to making our shop drawings materialize and be ready for shipment.
Logistics
We will then begin our in-house transportation process, optimizing loads to ensure your product is delivered safely and on schedule. All our products are shipped with care - encased with protective material to prevent damage and enable our installation team to start working seamlessly.
Installation
Our in-house installation team will work prudently and efficiently to finish the process without error. The employees responsible for installation are also involved in the production process to ensure they are comfortable with your products’ specifications and encounter no surprises.
Final Review & Feedback
Our final step is walking through our completed work for your approval. While this is listed as our final step - we encourage feedback throughout the process to ensure we can deliver a product that fulfills your needs!
